He appears to be a Half-Elf from Talador.

He appears to have come of age and taller than average.  He has intense, brooding silver-banded hazel eyes and pale skin.  He has long, blue-black hair plaited into a simple braid and secured with a simple leather hair-tie.  He has an angular face, a crooked nose and a small goatee.

He has a trio of thick mithril spikes tipped with onyx in his lip, a black diamond tattoo on his neck, and a red diamond tattoo on his neck.

He is wearing a bleached bone skull periapt, a dark sinuous roquelaure, a dark leather hunter's blade-harness fastened with thick golvern mesh straps, a bone breastplate, some black alloy vambraces, a rectangular oiled leather vasculum, a brushed leather bandolier embossed with a cracked skull, some inky-black trousers tooled along the hem with minature crimson skeletons, and some crimson trimmed black boots.

A vacant-eyed grey skull tattoo ~  At a glance the hidden details of the piece stand out to show that the tattooed skull is comprised of several scantily-clad women.  The skull's forehead is draped with one body, which is overlaid with the head of another who stares directly ahead.  Her arms arch away from her body and curve downward to connect with another pair of girls to form the dark eye sockets, and their backs form the nose and jowls.  Dangling toes fashion gaping teeth, and a final body curves upward to finish the jaw line.
