He appears to be a Dark Elf.

He appears to be ancient and very tall.  He has expressionless, silver-flecked dull black eyes and silver scar-marked black skin.  He has raggedly cut, chin-length silver hair with an onyx-hued streak running past his left ear.  He has an angular face, a sharp nose and broad shoulders.  His features are nearly disfigured by deep silver scars that cover his face and neck.

He has a tattoo of a broken white coyote skull pierced with a black dagger on his neck, a tattooed series of coalescing shadowy dark silver-inked tendrils coiling around his neck and down to his wrists, twin scars wreathing his wrists, a pattern of silver tendrils tattoo on his leg, and a primitive circle tattoo on his ankle.

He is wearing a silver-chased mithglin warhelm with curved mithril horns, some shadowy grey imflass platemail.
